Processing times:

The time it takes for me to prepare each order varies depending on the product(s) ordered.All orders will be dispatched within 7 working days of ordering unless otherwise stated.

Customs and import taxes:

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & Exchanges:

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for non personalised items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Items will need to be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:

Conditions of return:

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is damaged or defective. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
